Makeup 101 - Tips
2/03/2015 05:16:00 PM
Hey everyone!
So, I've told you the basics on Makeup (Part 1 - Part 2) and now I'll be sharing some of the tips I've learned!
1. Apply dark eyeshadow or eyeliner on your lower lash line and smoking it out with a nude liner in the water line will create the dark, smoky effect without making your eyes appear smaller, which is a downfall of applying dark liner in the water line.
2. To make your eyelashes look fuller and darker, apply black eyeliner to your upper lash line. This method is called tightlining!
3. Always bring your foundation down to your neck. There's nothing worse than a noticeable foundation line! This could also be from choosing the wrong foundation shade (remember: always test your foundation on your neck and not your face)
4. Never pump your mascara! It'll dry it out quicker and allow more bacteria to get into it!
5. Use a clean spooli or eyebrow comb to brush out any clumps from your mascara.
